BOOK AN ON-LINE SERVICE

1. Overview

This policy applies to all online services offered, including On-line Training, Video Feedback Call, and Theory Masterclass. 

2. Pricing and Payment

- Price per Class: 40 euro
- Bundle Price: 379 euros for a 10-class bundle
- Payment Method: Credit/debit card, PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer.
- Refund Policy: Non-refundable once purchased. Partial refunds considered under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.

3. Class Scheduling

- Advance Booking: Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Booking Channels: Via the website or email at kata.classicaldressage@gmail.com.
- Class Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour each.
- Submission for Video Feedback: Submit work at least 24 hours before the scheduled Video Feedback Call on YouTube, as a private video.

4. Validity and Expiration

- Single Classes: Must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Bundle Pack: Must be scheduled and completed within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Expiration: Unused classes from the Bundle Pack will expire after the 3-month validity period.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests within 24 hours may incur a 10-euro fee.
- Cancellation: Allowed up to 24 hours before the class. Within 24 hours, the class is counted as used.
- No-shows: Counted as used without prior notice.
- Weather impeding the class:  Results in theory class the same or the following day or counts as used.

6. Technical Requirements

- Internet Connection: Stable internet connection required.
- Device and Software: Device capable of video conferencing and necessary software (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Pivo) required.
- Video Feedback Calls: Ensure submission in the required format within the specified timeframe.

8. Terms and Conditions

- Individual Use: Services are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Modifications: The provider reserves the right to modify the schedule or instructor due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Updates and Amendments

This policy is subject to change. Amendments will be communicated via email and updated on the website.
